Kurt Dresner is a software engineer and a Kirkland resident of nearly 18 years. He holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree from Harvey Mudd College. He is the Vice-Chair of the Everest neighborhood association and co-founded the nonprofit Liveable Kirkland, which advocates for progressive issues and has implemented community programs like a bike valet and a tool-lending library.
