Kyle Blomquist is an architect and currently serves as the Mayor Pro Tem of Iron Mountain, Michigan. A lifelong resident of the Upper Peninsula, he is running as a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Michigan's 1st Congressional District. Blomquist earned a master's degree in architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and works at Blomquist Architects. He has served on the Iron Mountain City Council and Planning Commission for over a decade.
