Kyle Davison

Kyle Davison is a Republican State Senator representing District 41 in North Dakota, having first assumed office in December 2014. He is seeking re-election in the Republican primary on June 9, 2026, with his current term concluding in December 2026. Davison champions policies aimed at lowering property taxes, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and enhancing the quality of life for residents, particularly in south Fargo. Throughout his tenure, he has served on key committees, including Appropriations, Education, and chaired the Government and Veterans Affairs Committee in 2019. Beyond his legislative duties, he serves as the executive director of the South East Education Cooperative and represents North Dakota on the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education.
