Kyle D. Hoffman, born June 11, 1971, in Greensburg, Kansas, is an incumbent Republican representing the 116th District in the Kansas House of Representatives. Married with two children and a Kansas State University alumnus, he was first elected in 2010. Hoffman previously was chairman of the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Budget Committee, the House Agriculture Committee, the Joint Committee on Information Technology, The Energy Council and Vice Chairman of Appropriations. He was elected the House Assistant Majority Leader in 2025. He previously served as Majority Caucus Chairman. Representing Western Rural Kansas, he aims to bring common sense and values to Topeka, advocating for quality rural public education with parental choice, robust Second Amendment protection, low taxes, and efficient government spending to foster growth and prosperity in his district.
