Larry McNeill is a former member of the Pembroke Town Council. He retired in 2008 as UNC Pembroke's Assistant Police Chief and Captain after 35 years of service as a campus law enforcement officer. He is a member of the Berea Baptist Church in Pembroke where he serves as a rotating deacon.
