Larry Nostrant

Larry Nostrant is a Democratic candidate for Idaho House District 7A. A decorated US Coast Guard veteran, he holds a BA in Public Finance and Economics and studied Construction Management. He retired as a construction manager in 2012, is married with two adult grandchildren, and has resided in Lewiston since 2018, where he volunteers with Idaho Parks and Recreation. Nostrant is running to address declining taxpayer services, rising non-corporate taxes, and the squandering of public funds. His campaign priorities include restoring homeowner affordability, increasing K-12 and career education funding, and protecting public lands. He pledges to prioritize citizen input, transparent policy, and to remain independent of legislative policy organizations, aiming to restore real legislative representation.
