An organizer at heart, she currently serves as the Communications and Digital Director for the North Dakota Democratic-NPL, a role she has held since November 2021. Prior to this, Dronen worked as a Field Representative for U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp. She advocates for affordable, accessible, and quality healthcare.
