Boebert unapologetically supports the Second Amendment and opposes gun control; she co-chairs the Congressional Second Amendment Caucus and has introduced legislation to repeal gun-control provisions and abolish the ATF.

Boebert supports strict border enforcement and immigration restriction: she authored the Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act, supports ending catch-and-release and sanctuary cities, restoring the Remain in Mexico policy, ending birthright citizenship, and classifying fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction.
