Lauren Lipscomb

Lauren Lipscomb is a Democratic candidate for Baltimore County State's Attorney. A career prosecutor, she has spent over a decade in the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office, where she has served as a supervisor and most recently as the head of the Conviction Integrity Unit. In this role, she has worked to exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals. Lipscomb's campaign platform prioritizes victims' rights, holding violent repeat offenders and juveniles accountable for their crimes, and addressing quality-of-life offenses. She previously ran for the Maryland House of Delegates in 2018. Lipscomb is running on a platform of bringing a new approach to the prosecutor's office.
