Lawrence Williams

Lawrence Williams is a lifelong public servant and community leader running for Baltimore County Council, District 2, to deliver real results for the community. For more than 25 years, he has worked to bring people together, solve problems, and strengthen neighborhoods. As founder of the Caring For Young Minds Foundation (CFYM), he has helped more than 2,500 students access college opportunities through HBCU tours and mentorship. Lawrence is running because he has heard directly from residents about the need for better grocery access, safer neighborhoods, and real investment in District 2. He is committed to delivering practical solutions, transparent leadership, and results that improve everyday life.
