Leah Perkel was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington. She is a graduate of Mountain View High School and works as a customer service representative. Perkel has been active in local community engagement, including serving as an elected precinct committee officer, a state committee member for the 49th Legislative District, and volunteering for various local organizations like the Stone Soup Clark County Food Bank. She was elected to the Clark Conservation District board as a supervisor and also serves as the elected Auditor for the board.
