Leah Sisemore

Leah Sisemore previously served in an at-large position on the Centralia City Council from November 2021 to April 2023. She currently works in the housing division of the Washington state Department of Commerce, focusing on housing solutions and homelessness response. Sisemore has also served on the statewide Office of Community Voices and Empowerment Advisory Committee and has been a child and adolescent domestic violence advocate. She holds degrees in criminal justice and behavioral health from Centralia College and has past experience as an assistant county planner for Lewis County and as a city planning commissioner in Centralia. She has stated that she experienced homelessness over 20 years ago and now owns a home in Centralia.
