Leo A. Perales was born in Pasco in 1987 and is a lifelong Tri-City resident. He is the general manager of Atlas Technical Consultants, a local engineering firm, and has worked in the construction industry for 17 years. Perales earned an associate of arts degree from Columbia Basin Community College and a bachelor of arts from Heritage University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Prior to his current role, he served on several boards and commissions, including the Kennewick Code Enforcement Board, the Kennewick Housing Authority Board, and the Benton County Planning Commission. He has served on the Pasco City Council since being elected in 2023.
