Lewis "Bill" Bloom is an incumbent Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 64th district since January 9, 2023. A lifelong farmer and stockman from rural Clay Center, he is a 7th generation farming family member with a degree in Animal Science from Kansas State University. He served six years in the National Guard and is active in his church. Married to Linda with three children and eight grandchildren, he cites his wife's 27 years in elementary education as a source for understanding educational challenges. He currently serves on the Agriculture, Transportation, and Veterans committees.
