Linda Frascarella

Linda Frascarella is a nonpartisan candidate running for an at-large seat on the Howard County Public Schools Board of Education in Maryland. A long-time resident of Howard County, she and her husband raised three children who graduated from the local public school system. Her professional background includes a 17-year career at General Electric and another 17 years as a project manager at Discovery Education, focusing on education technology. Additionally, she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University, worked as a substitute teacher in Howard County, and is active in the League of Women Voters.
