Linda G. Champion is an attorney, law professor, and community advocate running for Suffolk County District Attorney. The daughter of a South Korean immigrant mother and an African American father who is a Vietnam War veteran, she moved to Boston at 17 and experienced homelessness while finishing school. She graduated from Suffolk University and Suffolk Law School (2001) and later taught law for 13 years, including as an adjunct professor at New England Law | Boston. She served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, where she handled thousands of cases and supervised prosecutors, and worked as Assistant General Counsel for the Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Trust Fund. She previously ran for Suffolk District Attorney in 2018.
