Linda Martin serves on the Anacortes Planning Commission for a term expiring at the end of 2024. She has previously served as a planning commissioner in Monroe and as a superintendent of schools in Thorp and on Lopez Island, having been named a statewide Small School Superintendent of the Year. In 2023, she ran for a position on the Anacortes City Council. She is a retiree and resides in Anacortes with her husband.
