Linda Michelle Serrato

Linda Michelle Serrato is an incumbent Democratic State Representative for New Mexico's 45th district, serving since October 2020. She was born and raised in Chino, California, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in public policy from Stanford University. As a legislator, she chairs the House Rural Development, Land Grants and Cultural Affairs committee and serves as Vice Chair of the Land Grant Committee. Her policy priorities include investing in early childhood education, protecting water resources and public lands, improving oil and gas auditing, and promoting renewable energy for economic stability. She is seeking re-election to continue representing District 45.
