A native of East Baltimore, he has dedicated his career to public service within the city. Jackson serves as the Director of the Mayor's Office of Arts, Culture, and Entertainment (MOACE). His work focuses on supporting the creative community and streamlining access to resources. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Urban Studies from Coppin State University and is a Master's candidate in City and Regional Planning at Morgan State University. In 2018, he was a candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 45.
