Lisa A. Mack is a Non-Partisan candidate running for the Board of Education in District 1 of Baltimore County, Maryland. After a 28-year career at Verizon, retiring as Director of Wholesale Markets in 2007, Mack transitioned to education. She taught English as an adjunct at the Community College of Baltimore County from 2009 to 2013. Her experiences with recent high school graduates lacking basic skills motivated her to seek a board role. Mack holds an AA from CCBC, a BA, and a dual MA in Management and Finance from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Since 2016, she has worked as a Standardized Patient at UMD and JHU.
