Lisa Dunkley is the incumbent Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives for District 97, first elected in 2022. A native of Jamaica, she immigrated to the U.S. as a young adult. Dunkley is a U.S. Army veteran and formerly worked for the Department of Transportation. She earned a BBA from Florida Atlantic University. She focuses on legislation related to education, veterans, and business, and serves on the Agriculture & Natural Resources Budget Subcommittee.
