Lisa M. Stirgus was appointed to the Auburn City Council in April 2025 to fill a vacated seat. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services and nonprofit work, having worked her way up from a bank teller to a senior executive at Wells Fargo and Harborstone Credit Union. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at age 43. She currently serves on the Green River College Foundation Board and the King County Children and Youth Advisory Board. She is running to retain her seat for a full term in Position 6.
