Lloyd Kenneth Smucker is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative from Pennsylvania's 11th congressional district. A member of the Republican Party, he has served in Congress since 2017 and previously represented the 16th district. Prior to his time in the U.S. House, he served in the Pennsylvania State Senate from 2009 to 2016. Before entering politics, Smucker owned and operated a commercial construction firm for 25 years.
