Loraine Davies Hennessy

Loraine Davies Hennessy, a Democrat, has served as the Charles County Register of Wills since her election in 2010. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in business administration, she previously worked as a substitute teacher in Charles County public schools and as a property manager. Hennessy is a member of the Maryland Register of Wills Association. She attended Henry E. Lackey High School and Charles County Community College. She ran for re-election in 2022. Hennessy is married and has four children.
