Luis Arreguín is a community college professor and U.S. citizenship instructor. An immigrant from Mexico, he has spent over 15 years teaching GED and ESL classes, helping community members prepare for naturalization. Arreguín earned graduate degrees in education and applied mathematics and statistics from UC Santa Cruz. He has taught at Hartnell College, Watsonville High School, and Monterey Peninsula College. He previously ran for California's 18th Congressional District in 2022.
