Luis Terrazas is an incumbent Republican State Representative for New Mexico's House District 39, having assumed office in January 2021. A native of Grant County, he is a successful businessman who founded several enterprises in Silver City, Deming, and Las Cruces, including an auto spa, granite and marble company, funeral chapels, and a crematory. In the legislature, he serves as Ranking Member of the House Labor, Veterans' and Military Affairs Committee and a Member of the House Taxation & Revenue Committee, among others. He campaigns on bringing the community together and leveraging his experience for the constituents of Catron, Grant, and Hidalgo counties.
