Lukas Ventouras is a law student at St. John's University and a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in New York's 1st Congressional District in 2026. A first-generation American of Greek descent, he grew up in Hicksville and now resides in Northport. He is a graduate of New York University, where he founded the local chapter of Students Demand Action. Ventouras has previously interned and volunteered on multiple Democratic campaigns across New York.
