Luke Samuel Rankin is an incumbent Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives for District 14, having assumed office in November 2024. An entrepreneur, insurance broker, and former banking professional, he earned a bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Rankin previously served on the Laurens County Council and chaired the Laurens County Republican Party, where he earned the 2022 Young Republican of the Year award for his conservative accomplishments.
