Lyn Allyn Nickle

Lyn Allyn Nickle serves as the Republican Register of Wills for Cecil County, Maryland, an office she was first elected to in 1998. A lifelong resident of the county, she is a graduate of North East High School and the National Academy for Paralegal Studies. Her tenure has been marked by a focus on digitizing historical records dating back to 1674. Prior to her election, she was the Chief Deputy Register of Wills from 1990 to 1998. Nickle is a member of the Maryland Register of Wills Association and the National College of Probate Judges. She was re-elected to her position in the 2022 general election.
