Mackenson "mack" Bernard

Mackenson "Mack" Bernard is a member of the Florida State Senate, representing District 24 since 2024. Born in Haiti, he moved to Florida as a child and later earned a bachelor's degree from Florida State University and a law degree and LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida. An attorney specializing in real estate and tax law, Bernard previously served on the Delray Beach City Commission, in the Florida House of Representatives, and as a Palm Beach County Commissioner.
