Malcolm Kenyatta is a North Philadelphia native currently serving in the Pennsylvania General Assembly representing the 181st District. Elected in 2018, he became the first openly LGBTQ+ person of color elected to the PA General Assembly. Kenyatta earned a B.A. from Temple University and an M.S. from Drexel University. His legislative work has focused on protecting workers' rights, advancing common-sense gun safety policies, and addressing government corruption and waste.
