Malory L. Simpson is an enrolled Tulalip tribal member and a graduate of Marysville Pilchuck High School. She was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2025 to fill a vacancy for District 1. She works as the director of the Children's Advocacy Center and Legacy of Healing for the Tulalip Tribes and is the founder of the grassroots organization, Together We're Better. She holds a bachelor's degree in community advocacy and responsive education from the Northwest Indian College.
