Marc Malon II is the current State Representative for Maine House District 133, a Democrat from Biddeford, first elected in November 2022. Prior to his legislative service, he worked as legislative liaison for the Maine Attorney General’s Office and as an aide for the Maine Speaker of the House and the Maine Senate Democratic Office. He also engaged in advocacy campaigns supporting the Affordable Care Act and same-day voter registration, and formerly chaired the Biddeford Recycling and Waste Management Commission. Malon currently serves on the Housing and Economic Development Committee, the Veterans and Legal Affairs Committee, and chairs the Bills in the Second Reading Committee, indicating a focus on affordable housing, economic growth, election integrity, and veterans’ programs.
