His political involvement began in 2017, and he has since served as a campaign treasurer for a Hagerstown City Councilman. Mignogna's community involvement includes serving on the Mount Airy Parks and Rec Commission from 2017 to 2023, being a member of the 4 County Lions Club, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Mount Airy Main Street Association.
