Mark Bell

Mark Bell is a Certified Public Accountant and teaches governmental and not-for-profit accounting at the University of Cincinnati. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. Bell and his wife have lived in the district since 2000, and their three children are graduates of Turpin High School. He was unanimously appointed to the board in March 2025 to fill a vacancy. His professional experience includes leading the accounting department of a large public company and auditing nonprofit organizations. He has also served on the Church Council of Anderson Hills Church.
