Mark Brewster

Mark Brewster is a Democratic candidate for Baltimore County Council in District 3. A lifelong resident of Owings Mills, he works as an analyst for the Baltimore County Department of Health and Human Services, where he strives to improve government efficiency and resident services. Brewster's campaign platform focuses on key issues such as affordable housing, improved transportation, and the creation of safer neighborhoods. He is a proponent of a more transparent county government. Brewster is participating in the county's public campaign financing program. He has previously worked for Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger and has been involved with the Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee.
