Mark C. Cooper is an incumbent State Representative for Maine's House District 107, representing part of Windham. A lifelong resident of Windham, he is an entrepreneur, owning L.C. Cooper, Inc. Building Contractor, Cooper’s Royal Heritage Farm, and Cooper’s Maple Products, which produce beef cattle, maple syrup, greenhouse products, miniature horses, and honey bees. He graduated from Windham High School and earned an Associate’s Degree in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire. Married with two children and two grandchildren, Cooper is active in various agricultural organizations. His policy priorities include addressing homelessness, crime, and addiction, supporting local businesses, preparing students for diverse careers, and reducing waste to lower taxes. He is running for re-election in the 2026 Republican primary.
