Mark Chapman is an incumbent State Representative for Oklahoma House District 12, elected in 2024. A successful entrepreneur from Broken Arrow, he owns a professional video equipment dealership and is an experienced real estate investor. He holds an associate degree from OSU Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s from Southern Nazarene University. Married to Brenda for 40 years, they have three children and seven grandchildren. Chapman advocates for small business, affordable healthcare, government efficiency, and conservative values, including pro-life and Second Amendment rights. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Utilities Committee. He believes in service, integrity, accountability, and good government.
