Mark E. Borden

Dr. Mark E. Borden is an Emergency Physician residing in Coupeville, Washington. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1993 and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of California Davis in 1996. His career includes ten years in academia as a Clinical Professor and twenty years in community emergency rooms. Dr. Borden and his wife also manage a 100-acre farm on Whidbey Island. He previously served as the emergency department director at Whidbey General Hospital.
