Mark E Pinsley

Mark Pinsley is the Controller for Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, a position he has held since January 2020. He previously served as a Commissioner for South Whitehall Township. Pinsley earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Northeastern University and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, he served for six years. Prior to his career in public service, Pinsley worked as a small business owner and in private sector management.
