Mark Noland is an incumbent Republican State Senator representing District 6 in Montana. From Bigfork, Noland has a significant legislative career, serving five terms in the Montana House of Representatives (2015-2023) before joining the State Senate in 2023 for District 5, and subsequently District 6 since January 2025. His legislative focus includes public safety, such as increasing penalties for human trafficking and revising sex offender laws, in addition to environmental protection and transportation regulations. He also sponsored bills addressing nonprofit reporting and credit union compliance. Noland demonstrates strong alignment with his party, voting with the majority of Republicans 90% of the time in the 2025 legislative session. He is running for re-election in the 2026 Republican primary for his State Senate District 6 seat.
