Mark S. Chang, a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, has represented District 32 since January 14, 2015. He is currently a candidate for the Maryland State Senate for the same district. A lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County, Chang is the son of Korean immigrants and was the first Asian-American elected to the Maryland House of Delegates from the county. His professional background includes roles as a community liaison for the Anne Arundel County Government and as a legislative aide. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MBA from Loyola University. Within the House of Delegates, he has held the position of Vice Chair of the Appropriations Committee.
