Mary Clymer is a Renton native, small business owner (Happy Delusions), and community leader. She is a graduate of Renton High School. Clymer has a long history of community involvement, including serving for eight years on the Renton Arts Commission, three as chair, and chairing the Renton River Days Art Market. Her grandfather, Earl Clymer, was a two-term mayor of Renton and served on the City Council for 18 years. Her mother was a teacher in the Renton School District.
