Mary Louve is a naval architect and marine engineer running for the United States Senate from Delaware. She grew up in a lower-income household in Louisiana and was a competitive professional dancer until age 25, when she returned to school to study naval architecture and marine engineering. She holds a bachelor's degree in naval architecture and marine engineering from the University of New Orleans, a bachelor's degree in advertising/marketing from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and a certificate in project management from Penn State University. She has spent most of the past decade working in regulatory compliance, project management, and the defense and maritime industries, and she is the founder of Khaos Navigators. A small business owner and mother of three daughters, she settled in Delaware in 2020. She is a domestic violence survivor and advocates for family court and domestic violence reform.
