Matthew Tasin is a military officer who was born in Houston, Texas. He received his commission on active duty in the Air Force and has served as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller. He later joined the Washington Air National Guard's 116th Air Support Operations Squadron. Tasin graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2011 and Air University in 2024. He and his family live in Orting, Washington.
