McKinley Dull

McKinley “Ken” Dull is the Founder and Chairman of McKinley Building Corporation, a commercial construction and design firm based in Wilmington. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1985 with a degree in Civil Engineering and became a licensed Professional Engineer in 1990. Dull has served on numerous civic and planning boards, including as Chair of the City of Wilmington Planning Commission, the New Hanover County Planning Commission, and the Town of Wrightsville Beach Planning Commission. He is currently serving his second term as an elected official on the Town of Wrightsville Beach Board of Alderman. He has resided in Wrightsville Beach since 1988. In 2023, he was named Philanthropist of the Year by the Cape Fear Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
