Megan Foelber is a Democratic candidate for Carroll County Commissioner in Maryland's District 5. Raised on a Wisconsin family farm, she earned bachelor's degrees in secondary education and history. Moving to Maryland, she taught geography and American government before obtaining a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore. She also holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Foelber spent 17 years at the FDA, building operational programs and policy. A Carroll County resident since 2014, she was Associate Director of the local Diaper Bank from 2022 to 2024.
