Her professional background includes experience in finance, banking, management, and entrepreneurship, and she currently works as a real estate professional. Tinsley is active in several community organizations, including the Cherrydale PTA and the Kiwanis Club of Steilacoom. She and her husband, a graduate of Steilacoom High School, have three daughters in the district.
