Melissa Laudano has been a resident of the Mohonasen Central School District for 16 years. She and her husband have two children, one a Mohonasen graduate and the other attending Mohonasen High School. Laudano holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the College of Saint Rose and a Master of Science in Literacy from SUNY Albany. She works as a teacher in the Schalmont Central School District. First elected to the Board of Education in 2021, she has served on the Policy Committee and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
