Melissa Shusterman is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 157 since 2018. Prior to entering public service, she worked in television and digital media, and founded her own video production company. Shusterman earned a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College and a master's degree in film and television from American University. In the legislature, her focus has included women's reproductive rights, environmental sustainability, and education equity.
